Townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Youth Football means those participating at ages under 11s to under 18s. Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required. Production company means a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other business entity engaged in the business of producing qualified productions and is registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State to engage in business in Arkansas 2467, and all property associated or affiliated with the operation of the casino, including, but not limited to, a parking lot, hotel, motel, or retail store.
Casino means a casino regulated by this state under the Michigan gaming control and revenue act, the Initiated Law of 1996, MCL 432.201 to 432.226, or a casino at which gaming is conducted under the Indian gaming regulatory act, Public Law 100-497, 102 Stat.
